Coverage
Glassfab Hardware and Glazing Supplies (HGS) warrants to the original purchaser that our shower door hardware is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Included Coverage
Manufacturing Defects – Faulty materials or craftsmanship. Product Failure – Structural or functional failure under intended use. Discoloration – Unintentional staining not caused by cleaning chemicals.Exclusions
Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents. Cosmetic damage from abrasive cleaners or non-recommended maintenance. Commercial/industrial use or non-residential applications. Labor costs for removal/reinstallation. Modifications by unauthorized parties.Claim Process
