Return Policy
Glassfab Hardware and Glazing Supplies (HGS) is committed to ensuring a clear and equitable return process for our customers. Regular stock merchandise may be returned under the following guidelines:
No-Fault Returns (Up to 60 Days from Purchase):
Undamaged stock items that are free of defects and in original packaging may be returned with no handling fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer. An invoice/HGS order number is required with every return. ($5.00 fee for each invoice will be added that is not provided).
Conditional Returns:
- 61 to 180 Days from purchase: Requires Returns Manager approval. A 20% restocking fee applies. No freight credit. ($5.00 fee for each invoice will be added that is not provided)
- 181 to 364 days from purchase: Returns require approval and incur a 50% restocking fee.
No freight credit. ($5.00 fee for each invoice will be added that is not provided). - No returns accepted after 1 year of purchase.
Tools:
All tool sales are final unless proven to be defective by HGS. Tools must be returned with all original components and packaging, and only within 10 days of receipt. Used, altered, or unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Claims for damage during shipping must be made through the carrier.
Special Orders Items:
These are non-returnable. Cancellations may be allowed with HGS approval and could be subject to full charge based on costs incurred.
Clearance Items:
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all product details carefully before purchase.
Glassfab Glass account holders will have their credit returned to their account.
Non-Glassfab Glass account holders will have the credit returned to the original payment method.
